Van Fantasie Naar Fantastisch! 2017

All the awesome artists who participated in ‘Van Fantasie Naar Fantastisch!’ (From Fantasy To Fantastic!) are between five and eleven years old! This team-artwork is 2,4 by 1,7 meters (94,5 by 66,9 inch) and is made by eleven students of primary school De Duyvencamp Zwolle. Boxem literally got more than hundred beautiful drawings of the primary school children to pick from. As a base for the painting he choose a drawing of a girl drawing. Her drawings are swirling off of her desk, while the images step out of the paper into a fantasy landscape. The names of all participants are written on the side of the painting. The painting ornaments the aula of De Duyvencamp.
